The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) alerts the community to false, misleading and deceptive statements made on the following websites -
www.index-e.com and
www.findex8.com.
The websites state that Keen Ocean is a member of the Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME), and regulated by the DFSA. Keen Ocean is not regulated by the DFSA, and is not a member of DME.
The statement that a Firm is regulated by the DFSA, when it is not, is against the DFSA Laws and Rules. The DFSA strongly advises you not to deal with the Firms or persons connected with the websites.
