Admission to the Official List of Securities (the List) Process:

- This process refers to the admission to the List and not to Prospectus filing. An applicant should consider submitting a draft Prospectus for early review by the DFSA. This should give sufficient time to make any amendments to the Prospectus before formal filing takes place and minimise the risk of rejection of filing by the DFSA.
- All necessary forms are located in Chapter 9 of the Application Forms and Notices Module (AFN) of the DFSA Sourcebook, available on the DFSA website.
– It is advised that application for admission to trading to an AMI is made no later than submission of application to the List to minimise processing time.
- Formal notice of admission to the List will be issued by DFSA on approval to admission to trading granted by an AMI. An AMI would issue a notification of an admission to trading immediately after DFSA’s notice.
