The DFSA will train individuals in international regulation and sponsor them to obtain a world-class professional education. The DFSA also offers successful applicants a very attractive salary, travel allowance, 30 working days’ leave and pension benefits. The total remuneration for graduates joining the DFSA in 2013 is AED 17,500 per month.
Individuals who successfully finish the two-year TRL Programme will be offered the opportunity to build a long term career with the DFSA.
