TAKE NOTICE THAT:
 
The Chief Executive of the DFSA has issued an updated RPP module. The updated Sourcebook module is effective on 5 July 2012.
 
• RPP (Regulatory Policy and Process Module) July 2012 Edition; replaces the current Regulatory Policy and Process Module (RPP) of the DFSA Sourcebook (See appendix 1 attached hereto for the detailed amendments).
