ترغب سلطة دبي للخدمات المالية بتنبيه مجتمع الخدمات المالية والجمهور عن شركة تدعى شركة "سيربيروس أدفايزرز" (Cerberus Advisors).
ولقد نما إلى علم سلطة دبي للخدمات المالية قيام أفراد يدعون تمثيل شركة سيربيروس أدفايزرز بإجراء مكالمات غير مرغوبة والاجتماع مع اشخاص داخل مركز دبي المالي العالمي في محاولة لحثهم على الدخول في ترتيبات لتقديم الخدمات المالية، على الرغم من أن شركة سيربيروس أدفايزرز غير مرخصة من قبل سلطة دبي للخدمات المالية لتقديم الخدمات المالية في أو من مركز دبي المالي العالمي.
يذكر الموقع الالكتروني لشركة سيربيروس أدفايزرز (https:// https://www.cerberus-advisors.com) أن "سيربيروس أدفايزرز هي الممثل المعين، وبأن الممثل الرئيسي المعين لشركة سيربيروس أدفايزرز تابع لهيئة Organisme de Surveillance pour Intermediares Financiers & Trustees (SO-FIT) في سويسرا. ولكن بهذا نؤكد بأن شركة سيربيروس أدفايزرز لا تخضع لتنظيم سلطة دبي للخدمات المالية.
