The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) alerts the financial services community and members of the public to false claims made by Ebtikar Investment Company LLC (Ebtikar).Ebtikar claims on its website- http://ebtikarinvestmentllc.com/ -  that it is authorised and regulated by the DFSA. Ebtikar is not, and has never been, authorised or regulated by the DFSA.

The DFSA is concerned that Ebtikar is misrepresenting itself. Such misrepresentations are fraudulent and the public should rightfully question the integrity and motives of Ebtikar and its controllers. Furthermore, such misrepresentations are generally linked to other fraudulent activity.

Ebtikar also uses a false ‘Certificate of Incorporation’ purportedly issued by the DFSA.  A copy of the false ‘Certificate of Incorporation’ can be viewed here. The DFSA does not issue certificates of incorporation for any firm and/or individual. 

Therefore the DFSA strongly advises that you do not communicate with Ebtikar, and under no circumstances should you send money to them.
