The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has issued a Feedback Statement on the public comments received on Consultation Paper No 157 – Proposed Changes to DFSA’s Fees.

In March 2024, the DFSA published CP 157 and consulted on proposals for a number of changes to the DFSA’s fees.

The relevant rule making instrument containing the final amendments to the DFSA’s fees, which will come into force on 1 January 2025, was also published today.
