TAKE NOTICE THAT:

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, in his capacity as Ruler of Dubai on 18th September 2025 enacted:

• the Regulatory Law Amendment Law, DIFC Law No. 2 of 2025 to come into force on the 30^th business day after the date of enactment (30 October 2025).
