Following the policy changes outlined in Consultation Papers No. 86, 87, 88 and 89 the Chief Executive of the Dubai Financial Services Authority ("DFSA") in the exercise of his powers under the Regulatory Law 2004, hereby issues the “July 2013” Edition of the Regulatory Policy and Process ("RPP") module of the DFSA Sourcebook replacing the “December 2012 Edition” which is consequently no longer in effect.

(1) Appendix 1 to this instrument specifies the amendments made to the December edition of the RPP module.

(2) Appendix 2 to this instrument sets out the updated consolidated version of the RPP Sourcebook incorporating the additional and amended information specified in Appendix 1. This consolidated version may be cited as the "July 2013 Edition" and comes into effect on 14 July 2013.
