The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) alerts the financial services community and the public to an entity, TRADEMARKET FZCO, falsely claiming to be regulated by the DFSA.
The DFSA confirms that TRADEMARKET FZCO:
TRADEMARKET FZCO falsely states in contracts with investors that the fund is “subject to the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) and its supplementary regulations”.
The DFSA strongly advises you not to respond to any communications regarding this entity, and under no circumstances should you send or give any money to any party connected to TRADEMARK FZCO
