The DFSA would like to advise its regulated community that the Wolfsberg Group, the Banking Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce, and the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade jointly published the updated “Trade Finance Principles”. The document can be accessed on this link. The DFSA welcomes this industry initiative which will assist international and regional financial institutions.

Additionally, the DFSA recently published its Trade Finance Report 2016, detailing key findings of a review conducted on trade finance activities carried out in and from the DIFC.
