The Chief Executive of the Dubai Financial Services Authority ("DFSA") in the exercise of his powers under the Regulatory Law 2004, hereby issues the "July 2015" Edition of the Regulatory Policy and Process ("RPP") Module of the DFSA Sourcebook replacing the "May 2015 Edition" which is consequently no longer in effect.

Appendix 1 to this instrument sets out the updated version of the RPP Sourcebook. This version may be cited as the "July 2015 Edition" and comes into effect on 14 July 2015.

Please note Chapter 10 has been added to the July 2015 Edition and no further changes have been made to the Module.
