You are reminded that the Notice of Amendments to Legislation dated 13 June 2013 and the revocation of the Ancillary Service Providers (ASP) and Designated Non-Financial Business and Professions (DNF) modules of the DFSA Rulebook come into effect from today (14th July 2013).  

The associated rule-making instruments to this notice can be viewed under the “Amendments to Legislation” section of the DFSA website and the relevant modules of the Rulebook have been replaced on the DFSA website. Earlier versions of the relevant modules are to be found in the archive.
