Bawabaty (‘My Gateway’ in Arabic) is the DFSA's summer training programme which gives undergraduate UAE Nationals a first-hand look at financial regulation. Launched in 2014, the programme is aimed at raising awareness of financial services regulation in the UAE National community.
Bawabaty has built awareness of regulatory careers and improved the employability of young Nationals through short-term internships in DFSA departments such as Corporate Affairs, Finance, Human Resources, IT, and Supervision.
