False claim of DFSA Authorisation by Souq Capital

The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) alerts the financial services community and the public to a firm falsely claiming to be regulated by the DFSA.

On its website, “https://souqcapital.com” Souq Capital the firm:

  • falsely claims to be authorised by the DFSA; and
  • uses fake DFSA “Registration” number.

The DFSA informs you that Souq Capital is not, and has never been, Authorised by the DFSA.

The DFSA strongly advises you to exercise extreme caution and not to respond to any communications from this firm.
