The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) alerts the financial services community and the public to an entity, AmpliFi Capital, falsely claiming to be regulated by the DFSA.

The entity has established a website namely “amplifi-capital.com/” which falsely claims that:

 “AmpliFi Capital is a fully regulated investment firm operating under the jurisdiction of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and subject to the regulatory oversight of the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA).”

The website lists three individuals, none of whom are DFSA Authorised Individuals and all of whom are named under portrait images generated using Artificial Intelligence.

The DFSA informs you that:

• AmpliFi Capital is not, and has never been, authorised by the DFSA
• no companies with the name “AmpliFi Capital” have been incorporated in the DIFC
• no companies with the name “AmpliFi Capital” on the National Economic Register

Moreover, the website makes unrealistic returns and guaranteed performance claims.

The DFSA strongly advises you not to respond to any communications regarding this entity, and under no circumstances should you send or give any money to any party connected to AmpliFi Capital.
