Eligibility and Requirements

Dubai’s financial services industry continues to shape global finance. Every two years, the DFSA recruits a select group of UAE National graduates to join Masaar.

By joining Masaar, you will help build a resilient, world-class regulatory framework, positioning Dubai and the UAE at the forefront of innovation, integrity, and sustainable growth.

To apply, you must:

• Be a UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in any discipline.
• Demonstrate interest in finance, regulation, and public service.
• Have a very high standard of English (spoken and written) and acceptable numeracy.
• Show strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Be motivated, adaptable, and committed to completing the two-year programme.
• Fluent Arabic is an advantage.
