The DFSA promotes a professional yet supportive working environment with a good work-life balance. Standard hours are 9 per day (either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm, including a one-hour lunch break, depending on your manager), from Monday to Friday. During peak periods, you may be expected to work additional hours to support the organisation’s needs.

You must be fully committed to completing the two-year programme. It’s a demanding but rewarding experience, and your performance will be continuously reviewed through on-the-job learning, assessments, and completion of professional qualifications.
